I asked them to ship ASAP if possible and they replied promptly and they met my request. I got this computer on Friday afternoon when it was expected to arrive 4 days later on Tuesday The cherry on top of the great customer service had to be the quality of the computer I bought from mrdevices The computer is in way better shape than the description said it would be. I couldn’t be happier
