Initially I never received my item and the seller would not respond, so I had to open a dispute. Eventually it came several days LATE so I asked to return it and when I did they refused to give a full refund, saying the item was used, when I hadn t even removed it from the packaging!! You have returned the package with the old backlights from your TV, which is very unethical. We have all the evidence for this in photos. You have tried to disguise the return parcel by deleting any reference to yourself or your address, but have missed on removing the order number and tracking number which both trace the order back to yourself. This will be raised with and dealt by eBay. VERY UNETHICAL BUYER!!!
- t***t (1288)- Votos emitidos por el comprador.Mes pasadoCompra verificadaThe items arrived very securely packaged very impressed with that part however they took nearly 2 weeks to arrive that did not impress me at all however the items have been installed and they work fine they have removed the black line from my screen upon disassembly i noticed the cable was not fully attached so my problem could have been that but i installed them as i had bought them the seller is a good seller just needs a decent delivery service they were not ready when collected by dpd
