The trolls were mailed bunched together in a bag, which wrinkled their clothes a bit. It would have been better to individually wrap them, even with just paper towels, to protect them from getting mashed. However, the price was fair and the dolls are very cute and in pretty good condition, so I'm happy with the order. Good seller.
