The package was intact without obvious damage however when I opened it the bowl was completely shattered. I took pictures and sent the seller my concerns and asked for either a refund or replacement. The seller contacted me almost immediately and said that nothing like this has ever occurred to her. She assured me that she packed it in the same manner she always does and needed to explore her options and resolve the issue.
