I cannot use it. Unfortunately I was busy and out of town and did not notice the problem until too late to take action. So that’s on me. But it’s my loss and I wish the seller paid closer attention to how they list items. I would hesitate to buy from them again. I don’t think it was fraud, just poor attention to detail.
