From previous experience, I knew the product descriptions are dead on and that they ship when they say they will, but this time was exceptional. This shipment came during a Southern "Blizzard" (about 2 inches of snow), which causes USPS to make some curious decisions. These guys actually track their shipments, and kept me informed of the situation.
