The typical CYA descriptions saying may have sticker residue or minor cosmetic issues everyone uses are fine, but here if it says major cosmetic damage...that is 100% the case, not just MAYBE. That being said, the unit works perfect. I was just not expecting the case damage. but they did list it that way, so its my fault. Item shipped super fast and was well packed. I am happy and have bought more since. Great seller over all!! Thanks A+++

I didnt need one so no biggie, but you should contact the seller to confirm if you want one. seller is AAA+++

Shipping was very fast(two days), it was packaged well and the item is as described, and in even better condition than I thought it would be and very clean. I am writing this feedback on the PC right now. It was the best price I could find and I am satisfied. I will order from them again in the future if I find something else I like.
