Whether you are going for style, functionality, or simply looking to save on space, check out the HP Envy 120 e-All-in-One inkjet printer. The Envy is known for having a decorative black design and its quiet print mode. It has no paper tray sticking out the front of the machine and no obvious buttons to be seen. Rather than looking like a multifunctional printer, it looks like a sleek gaming setup or video disc player. The printer features a touch-sensitive eject button and a power icon that turns the device on when it is tapped. When turned on, a small color screen at the front is illuminated to reveal additional function icons. The eject button triggers the paper tray to open and close like a DVD player. Aside from the usual print function, you can choose to scan or copy using the flatbed scanner on top, nested below a dark glass panel. The stylish machine makes for quick scanning of photos and documents, and the see-through lid allows you to view what you are scanning. You can also charge your iPhone with the USB port, which is specifically designed for charging smartphones. The functions of this printer are all touch-activated on a 4.3-inch colored, light-up panel. Setup can be handled with a Wi-Fi connection or with a USB 2.0 port. That port and memory card slot are in the front. Other HP utility shortcut icons appear on the multifunctional panel. Messages, menus, and photos can be accessed by pressing the display. Scrolling horizontally allows you to view photos. A vertical finger motion pulls up menu options. The home icon returns the user back to the default screen. The web services icon shows the status and settings of internet access. There’s also a menu to access wireless options on the HP Envy 120. The copy menu allows you to change all the standard functions such as document size. You can also select printing with a color ink cartridge or just in black and white. The photo icon is where the user can save, edit, view, and choose to print. The 80-sheet drawer that takes regular 8.5” x 11” paper or premium photo paper is fun to open with just a touch. The printer creates photo lab-quality images that resist damage from light and time. The device also has the capability of standard duplexing, or printing of two-sided documents. An ink level display allows the user to know if inkjet levels are low and cartridges need to be changed. Black ink-only printing will run at an output speed of up to seven pages per minute. Color has an output of four pages per minute.Now you can control everything from the front touch screen panel of the HP Envy 120 e-All-in-One inkjet printer. You can even print when you’re away from your office. The HP ePrint function allows users to print from their smartphones or tablets when they are away from their printer.

This process seems so out of touch with how return are normally handled today. Trouble free and fast.
