It arrived a few days after purchase, but it was the WRONG lamp AND it was missing a piece. I emailed immediately and was told "they'd make it right". Like other negative reviews, I have NOT received a return label OR a refund and the seller has ghosted me! I've never had a bad experience with sellers on ebay. This is my first. At this point, I'm out $243.70 and that DOES NOT sit well with me! I WILL TAKE ACTION!!!!!
