Photos showed the box intact, but seller shipped the box opened and completely flattened. Should never have been listed as "Brand new and only opened to see which one was inside" if you were going to just dismantle the box completely for shipment with the plush outside of the box. Again if you had reached out I would've been able to offer a solution, one of which is send you another box. I'm sorry you were unhappy with your experience. Next time try to resolve it with seller direct so everyone is happy.
