The lady I messaged sourced a shelf of the correct size for my narrow oven, measured it and sent photos. It arrived within a couple of days of being posted, even earlier than I thought it would be because they had a scheduled closure. The items might be pre-owned, but my item was in excellent condition, looked brand new, and I was very pleased with the prIce. I would not hesitate to contact them again in the future !
