However,the reason for this feedback is due to the fact that the listing stated with matching wallet the satchel came with a used wristlet. Yes, you offered a full refund, but I needed the bag due to an accident. I asked why you didn’t send the wallet and you said you didn’t have it then you said you put the wrong pictures on the listing. You then requested the item be shipped off same day so you would get it faster. I admitted that I posted the wrong name of the item that was included with the satchel, I should have posted a wristlet and not a wallet, it was always a wristlet, never a wallet but you think I just didn’t send it. I tried to make it right by offering a full refund
