The PC itself did have a scuffed up case (not that bad and purely cosmetic) but the inside was very clean and well organized. Parts are in great condition and comes with everything mentioned. Ran great right out of the box. The SSD is 960GB- they do need to update the description to match the title. Overall fantastic purchase.

The shipping was faster than I thought and it arrived on the exact day they said. I did some a couple of issues (prob caused by the shipper handling the box roughly) but the tech support folks responded to my emails the same day and we were able to resolve the problems. If you are looking for a reliable high-value refurb PC , these folks do not dissapoint. Would buy from them again.
