Just after I ordered the set tariffs were raised to 40%. The seller and I agreed to wait for things to calm down and I asked that they monitor the situation and ship when they thought best. I received the set with no extra charges. Packaging was great -- every piece was individually wrapped. I could not be more pleased with both the chess set & the service and communication was stellar.

And you couldn’t wish for better packaging - arrived in perfect condition. Despatch/delivery was blisteringly quick. Truly outstanding value. Communication throughout was excellent. I have no hesitation in recommending Chess Villa and I look forward to future dealings with them.
