Said to be ‘fully working’ but I could tell right away the d pad was not, 2 of the buttons were spongy. Also I could hear some loose bits falling around inside the controller (this was a clip which had snapped off and been left inside). Removed the warranty stick and went inside, didn’t look like it had been cleaned, and the membrane for d pad was torn. Shocker. Repair logs I have also show the control had a new film and brand new rubber contacts plus brand new analog sticks. Also deep cleaned and actually white. Either your repair logs are wrong or you are lying because everything I said in my review was true. The rubber WAS ripped and even had dust/crumbs in it, not very 'brand new'. Your other feedback is good so maybe this was a one off (which is why I chose neutral and not negative). And obviously I don't care about the warranty.

I OFFERED A REFUND but they refused. Ebay staff told me not to continue contacting them after they went over our messages whilst on a call with me. Ebay found in my favour and reported this dodgy buyer whilst on call. This buyer lied and thought they could get away with it but ebay staff can see our private messages. All through the process I was polite and tried to help but instead scammed me.
