I have a complete wardrobe from thrift-plus. Their customer service is non-existent, you can't ask questions about the item you buy, & the photos can be misleading but they always accept returns. The clothes are great value for money & free postage is another plus. Sadly, they no longer send items in heavy duty paper packaging. No stars for seller comms, no response.

Thrift Plus contacted depot, gave me regular updates, kindly offered a refund when we all thought the package would never arrive. Courteous and professional throughout!
