Good pricing and great communicator. I do have one complaint, not with the seller, but with Australia Post. My item travelled from Norwood in Tasmania, to Melbourne, to Brisbane, back to Melbourne, then to Adelaide, then somewhere else in Adelaide, and I am still waiting for it to be delivered. Seller gets 15 out of 10, Australia Post gets 1/10!

Package was very carefully wrapped up and covered in fragile tape. The Brother AX-250 arrived in quite nice condition, though there was a minor issue with the paper feeder that I had to address.
