Very fast response, kind and very helpful. 6 month warranty helps you play with ease. Only cons is that it does have more scuffs than I would like but only if you look at it up close but that was mentioned in the description.Overall appearance I would rate a 3/5. What matters to me the most is functionality. The seller has built these to last and I plan on putting a lot of game time in with my old ps1,2, and 3 games. Great value
