All parts were included, but the front wheel had been installed incorrectly such that the brake didn't work. I was able to remount the wheel to get the brake to engage, but just advising any future buyers to doublecheck before you go for your first ride. The odometer thru the segway app showed less than 30 miles which is nice. So far no problems after ~100miles.

This arrived damaged due to FEDEX being incompitent. However, other than that this seems to be a nice little scooter. I weigh 260 and am right at 6 foot tall, its very comfortable for me to ride and has plenty of power as well. Wouldnt hesistate to buy from again.

But the price and quality was amazing so I went ahead and bought it. It took around a week to arrive but it's free shipping. The packaging was not great however. Came with barely any protection, only one piece of Styrofoam and cardboard to hold it together. expect damages from shipping tbh. I can't guarantee this quality for everyone but 10/10 worth it. Only 12 miles ridden is goated too
