Jeff Hastings came to the Lord at age 9, but during the next 25 years he wandered away from God. Then, in a two-year period, he was diagnosed with an inoperable brain tumor, lost his job and his ability to work, got divorced, lost his home, and lost both parents. But God had a plan for him. I knew I was at a crossroads. I could trust God, or I could hold on to the catastrophes of the past two years and turn my back on Him. Faith or bitterness the choice was mine. This is the moving story of how God led Jeff to a better life a life he joyfully lives each day, content to trust God in all things. Just as God leads Jeff , He can lead you too. Gwen Ellis is the co-writer of this book and owner of Seaside Creative Services, an editorial and writing service. She is a speaker and the author of more than thirteen books including The Big Book of Family Fun, a Dr. Laura selection. She lives in Port Hueneme, California, near her two adult children (also writers and editors), a wonderful daughter-in-law, and a grandchild. Gwen too is a cancer survivor.
