They messaged me saying they messed up their listing and explained what was messed up, then they offered to give me a full refund or a partial refund if I still wanted the figures. I took the partial refund. THEN they went out of their way to find me the piece missing in their selling that was about the same price as the refund I got. Overall I highly recommend this seller.
