In descriptions the seller said the ring was dated 1956. In another description, said it was dated 1968. It is actually dated 1966. I verified the date with Military records. The seller described the ring as size 11.75. I just had a Jeweler measure the ring. It is actually a size 10. WOW ! I asked the seller where he acquired the ring. He said the Mediterranean sea. The seller even went as far as to make up a weird story about how it was “raised from the Mediterranean Sea and they don’t make them anymore” when I confronted them about the false advertising. They have also blocked another buyer when confronted about the same issue. You can buy this ring brand new for less money here on EBay.
