Communication with the seller has been among the absolute best out of anyone. While I was confused regarding the lack of a male-to-male 3.5 mm cable, the description didn't necessarily state one would be included outside of the specifications listed, and the images did seem to show what came with the product as advertised. Great value all-in-all, and no real issues with the shipping.

The monitors were packed well and protected from any damage that could have been incurred during delivery. They arrived in great condition. Great transaction, great seller. I got 2 monitors for under the price of one. I could not find this make and model anywhere else. This was to replace a monitor that has water damage. So glad I found your store!

My item was shipped within I believe 12 hours of purchase. The team reached out and let me know it was on its way and asked me to let me know if I had any issues. I did not have any at all. Installed quick and easy all cores show up. The quality of customer service was awesome. The value for the cpu was great. And it looks awesome. Would recommend and will look for their items again.
