Installed on ebike sent pics and live video showing defects. A simple apology, replacement tires or refund expected, but not offered. None of that, just uninstall them and send the defective tires back at my shipping expense no less. No way to treat a customer after you send them defective merchandise. Such a simple matter to own up to and take care of.

It was not their fault, but offered a refund since they didn’t have any additional stock if it hadn’t arrived. Fortunately, USPS just decided to take it on a vacation for an extra couple days. It was packed well, a reasonable price, and brand new as described. Will gladly do business with again.

When I ordered the part we had a slight miscommunication in the numbers and I received an incorrect part. I contacted them and it was immediately resolved with a new correct part sent and a return notice to send the incorrect one back. I would say they have excellent customer service (and prices) and would not hesitate to order again from them. Top notch eBay seller!
