Handbag was properly packed and shipped in a timely manner, but USPS really dropped the bag - pun intended. It went all over the country - literally. It even made it to my city of Colorado Springs - only to be shipped on to NYC. However, it did finally arrive. Please note that the USPS shipping saga has nothing to do with the seller - seller was great.
