There was a minor hiccup with a very short shipping delay, but that was due to FedEx, so no complaints against the seller. Item was incredibly well-packed, and is working perfectly. Down side, not receiving keyboard and mouse as listed in the ad; messaged with seller a few times to initiate shipping of these two missing items versus $10 refund. The system does work well at this point, set it up after receiving the two items, being the important item for me. That being said, I would be reticent to order from seller in the future as, to me, this seller came across as disorganized.

On my specific product a mistake was made and seller resolved it without any problems. Next time I purchase a similar product I will still consider this seller.
