There were a few hairline scratches on the screen, but it is only visible when the laptop is off, so nothing major. One of the rubber feet is missing - but that doesn't affect the functionality of the laptop. Overall, this is very good value for a refurbished item. The seller responds quickly to messages as well. I would purchase again if I needed another laptop.

It's taken me about 5 hours over 4 days for it to move from 22H2, via updates to 23H2 and eventually it offered 24H2. Unexpected to have to do that much and I had to run some troubleshooters to get it to update after 22H2 finished updating. And now still doing updates to 24H2...

Super fast delivery, well packaged and item is as described, good quality and very reasonably priced. Seller also kept me informed of shipment and kept in touch to ensure I receive on time. Why bother going to a store when you can get quality items at reasonable prices delivered to your door with quick deliveries!
