The sturdy card packaging was saturated, as if it had been lying in a pool of water for some time, and began to disintegrate as I opened it. I informed the seller, who promptly offer a return, but on inspecting the contents I decided to keep them, since they appeared to have suffered no damage. I shall raise the matter with the courier 'service'. Very impressed with seller.

The packaging was a little weird though - just the CDs wrapped in cellophane - no plastic spine or "cover". So loose CDs in the plastic and paper wrapper. I doubt the seller would be able to know that - so not their fault. I had the packaging from my last batch of CDs, so just used that - and it does save some plastic. It would be a little annoying though if I didn't have this.

The products come well packaged so as to make breakages a minor consideration. Be aware plastic is brittle and does damage. Considering how reasonable the prices are 2% damages is a decent margin to offset the product arrival in pristine condition. I shall do business with them again.
