I contacted the seller and he refunded the purchase and told me to keep them for my trouble. Two in the set were fine, and I threw 2 away. I would definitely buy from this seller again. I believe the 2 coasters got broken during shipping, even though the packaging was good. Easy to do business with and stood behind his product.
