For a 22 year old part, it did have some scratches but that was expected. Description and pictures matched the product I received, and it works great! Seller verified VIN before shipping to guarantee it was the right part. Shipping seemed a bit high but it was well packaged and arrived early. I requested the part be packed very well due to poor shipping methods. Part arrived fairly well packed except tip which was damaged and cracked. Replaced that with the one off of the original vehicle transfer case so all was good. The transfer case fit and will do test run this week.2001-2004 Dodge Dakota Durango Transfer Case Assembly NV244 OEM (#186703184755)
