However, what I received is Pushmatic P115 circuit breakers. The case is not the same as 31118 breakers, and therefore they do not fit into my panel. I contacted the seller and did not receive a reply. That being said, it is unfortunate because the seller shipped quickly and packaged the items securely. But he shipped the wrong items.
