Was a little concerned at following others feedback and ‘scraping out’ the old foam screen surround from my doorbell but a small flathead screwdriver did the job and ensured a nice clean flush fit (I added a screen protector I’d bought elsewhere for good measure) and now doorbell looks as good as new again. Overall, this little cost saved me over £200 (Ring’s ‘offer price’ for a replacement doorbell!!)

Contacted ring and was told that they didn’t do replacement screens and would have to buy a whole new one. Bought this product, really easy to install and has made the picture so so much better, Great value, looks perfect, would highly recommend. Great product.

Sent tracked/recorded delivery and arrived on time. It may seem a little pricey for what it is however much cheaper than buying a new doorbell.
