It's a very good quality model with a minimal amount of clean up needed. Shipping took about 3 weeks from the time of purchase and nearly 2 of that was waiting for it to be shipped. The seller does communicate well too. I'd just say give him some time since he seems to be the only 3D manufacturer here that offers almost the entire station forge range.
