The packaging was good. The price was really good in comparison to other sites and sellers. The item and photos are as described. The boots were the issue. Boots are beautiful and made in Italy instead of Mexico or China but the boots did not fit me at all. The fit is way too small despite all of my Frye items being the same size. Seller was great about the return and refund.

They came in the original packaging and were well secured. Shipping time was decent as well. 10/10 would buy from this seller again.
