There are no tears and the binding is still very strong/intact. Also, the pages do not have any visible signs of aging or damage. The product is as described by the seller. The turnaround time was exceptionally quick and my item arrived far sooner than I anticipated. This book was written and signed by one of my cousins in 1891 and I am so happy to have this piece of family history back in the family. It arrived safely packaged and nicely wrapped. The offer made was generous and greatly appreciated.
