You can see the white spots from the front first picture. You can't expect to get a cheap laptop and not read the description and have it work like an excellent refurbished laptop. Please ask questions before bidding and if our team is delay in responding do not bid please until you are not satisfied. We apologize you are not happy but everything was stated in the description with pictures.
