I reached out but heard no response from the seller about 6 days. Had left negative feedback due to part not working and no response from seller. The seller reached out to me by the next day or so and greatly apologized as they were going through family trouble. She sent me a replacement quickly which does work wonderfully! So after all, the seller did resolve my issue and I now have a working camera again. Thank you, seller!
