Confusing labeling: "RDS Option 50 USER CALs Only" I understood this to be Per User RDS CALs, not Per Device RDS CALs. They are simple Server 2019 CALs, not RDS CALs at all. Took almost 3 weeks, and they are not what I need.

The following Monday hey presto they woke up with information and delivered. I would give the 2 stars if there had been a category .
