Seller would not take back and felt their photos and descriptions were correct, despite photo showing otherwise & refused return. I had to go to eBay buyer protection & eBay sided with me. Sellers photos/description showing dark blue plates, but were actually light medium/royal blue not the dark blue & definitely not the dark navy blue in photos. He was looking for the very specific color, and he never asked for the details before he purchased them. The color can be very tricky in photos, which he doesn't understand. He said that our plates are medium blue, but this color doesn't exist. It looks like he just wanted freebies. His claim was unreasonable, and that's why we didn't process the refund, asking Ebay to step in.
