Other than that, the phone is in excellent conditions and was able to connect it with my T-Mobile account. Niece is happy with her OnePlus 12R, so I am happy. Shipping was pretty fast. These phones are beautiful and worth it as I myself have the OnePlus 12. Quality is top notch.

But, I am leaving this 5 star review for the customer service I received. The seller was quick (like within 1h) of me messaging the seller got back to me with options how to proceed. They were very quick to help me return the product, and even after I returned the product, they were providing me with updates, asking if I wanted the item sent back to me after they fixed it. Honestly best customer service Ive had on ebay
