As a note, these are the best replacement sticks I've found yet, and the V1 feels pretty close to an OEM stick, and its about the same price as most of the other replacements, which makes this easy to recommend.

Part is good quality, has good rubbery feeling, but to my disappointment is not a two parts item like the OEM. Its also smaller than the OEM. However, given how many poor quality parts there are in the market today, this is one of the best ones. But if you are looking for something similar to OEM, you can skip. This is not the one.
