The tracking was right the post office never received item to ship. When confronting the seller they claimed it was shipped and the tracking system was broken. I had to do a claim with ebay to get money back because the seller refused to check and see what happened. I would not buy from this company they lie. They can't admit a mistake was made and own up to it. Horrible customer service.
