Excellent value and condition. I realise now that a lighter colour, eg pine, would have been useful. I have only used the pens on furniture and not flooring yet. So far, so good.

Not sure if you really need the pen but the crayon is quite effective. Some deep scratches will need several applications. It arrived quickly and was small enough to be posted through a letterbox.

The seller responded very promptly to my various queries and offered me either a full refund or a partial refund to keep the one that was delivered. I opted for the latter. Very happy with the attention and service from the seller. Thank you!
