Her response was she does it hundreds of times . I refunded the buyer 100% of the purchase since it was damaged in shipping. My response was that I was sorry it was damaged and that I ship cheap cards like this all the time and have not had any issues yet. Certainly did not rip off the buyer considering they received a full refund.
