One reciprocating blade doesn’t cut very well, pretty much pulls the hair is on your face and neck. That being said, the price was right!

Would suggest upgrading to a higher level of shipping. Good thing that the item was in a plastic bag bc the shipping bag looked beat up and had holes in it. There was no bubble wrap in the package to protect the item. First class shipping would have been better all around. Thank you.
