They put my previous address as the shipping address and it wasn't noticed. It was around Christmas and it wasn't until it was too late intercept at the PO. I contacted the seller originally they were going to forward on to me after they got the phone back from the PO. But for some reason they elected to issue a refund. All of this worked out. I made an error in ordering (wanted the bootloader unlocked & didn't specify).. so the phone was no good to me. Expressed my situation to seller, they gave instruction for return. Returned it w/out issue & received credit back to my card. 100% a fan of this seller.
