Communication was terrible, it took a very long time for item to be shipped, and item arrived bent and un-usable. Item not described appropriately, it is not quilting instrument. Item is for enlarging and reducing patterns not quilting. It is a rip- off!

I purchased a 12 bottle display box of liquid plastic cement. The bottles are glass. The display box is made of thin cardboard. My only suggestion is that they should have used bubble wrap to pack around the display box to prevent the glass bottles from breaking the display box. Thankfully, none of the glass bottles broke.

It was stressful for me not knowing when my order would arrive. I messaged the seller twice only heard back on the first message. I don't think I'll shop this seller again. As for the item I purchased it's of good quality, good condition and appearance is good. I'm not sure it was a good value since I worried and wondered where my order was. No tracking makes it difficult on customers
