Then I was told they did not have it and t would take 5 days to get my refund. I told them that was fraud to charge for something they don't have and not notify me. Now they say I cancelled the order, which is a lie.

I purchased a 12 bottle display box of liquid plastic cement. The bottles are glass. The display box is made of thin cardboard. My only suggestion is that they should have used bubble wrap to pack around the display box to prevent the glass bottles from breaking the display box. Thankfully, none of the glass bottles broke.
