As the description stated, it was factory-sealed, so I'm happy about that. It was packaged neatly too, so no worries there. IamRetro communicated well with me, telling me it was being prepared and when it shipped out, so communication is A+!

They also put a post-it note to let me know which of the two pins I was holding. I ordered two pins. They truly went above and beyond in every way from my purchase and while it was a large purchase, 17 items, I get the feeling they would’ve done this if it had been one or two items too. So I am now a loyal customer to IamRetro. Their prices are on par too!
