    the book arrived quickly and well protected in a padded mailer with a more than ample supply of buble around the parcel in between the actual mailer and the book. Likewise, when i first tried to order i got an 'unable to ship' message originally that they had never encountered before. with a quick re-click, the item was all set and arrived in just a few days (had originally expected two weeks)
